For over 20 years Kathy Esper has consistently been called upon to create

forging client and alliance relationships, as well as partner
relationships within the firm.
Kathy Esper Enterprises was founded in 2004 to provide provocative, impactful experiences to create different choices and different results. In 2008 after several years of research and professional training, Kathy Esper
incorporated Equine Facilitated Experiential Learning
into her business. This work creates awareness of unseen blocks and
